The Moral Charter

We, the personnel of West Asia Steel Company believe that together with all of the counselors and contractors, we form the big family of West Asia Steel, and we are willing to serve the nation in the area of steel industry, we believe in the following behavioral principles and moral values, and we will not withhold from any efforts for their fulfillment and institutionalization:

  1. Believing in the religious and national culture and following it in words and behavior, and in connection with our colleagues, customers, and clientele with emphasis on human dignity
  2. Adherence to moral values in personal and organizational communications and interactions regarding the three essentials: commitment, honesty, explicitness and cordiality
  3. Observing respect for, and politeness, and dignity towards the clients, the colleagues, and particularly the pioneers, and adherence to the culture of accepting criticism, being answerable, acting responsibly, and mutual trust
  4. Adherence to the culture of work and effort in the field of production and attracting the satisfaction of the customers, the beneficiaries, and  the clientele
  5. Participation in decision making, deciding, and collaboration in the direction of the fulfillment of the company’s goals and execution of the company’s plans
  6. Complete observation and execution of the laws, regulations, and administrative norms, and abstaining from any misuse of the job position, and favoritism in work interactions and communications, and protection of the company’s information and secrets
  7. Being bound over the correct and timely performance of the obligations, and the feeling of responsibility and belonging to the profession and organization and creating balance between the personal and the organizational benefits, giving the priority to the organizational ones
  8. Noticing the company’s position and observing the necessities, considerations, legal roles and responsibilities in connection with all of the company’s related agents and beneficiaries
  9. Promoting and developing the organizational experience and knowledge as the company’s capital and sharing it with the colleagues, counselors, contractors, and all of the beneficiaries in the framework of the company’s norms
  10. Appreciating the time and punctuality in doing the activities and obligations, and respecting the colleagues, the customers, and the clientele’s rights and time
  11. Observing order, discipline and neatness of the work environment, and the trim of dressing according to the company’s norms and regulations
  12. Optimum use of the company’s resources and potentiality, and preventing extravagance and prodigality, observing wise economy, and omitting needless formalities
  13. Trying in the direction of solving the Muslims, Iranian people, Islam, and Iran’s problems through producing coils, and using the available technology, and trying for developing attunement  and synergy with the colleagues, Iranian people, Muslims, and those who are not arrogant

Who we are?

It is undeniable that Iran’s future economic progress will have to be based on two fundamental principles, namely a greater role for the private sector, and the expansion and diversification of trade relations, there are the basic premises on which FOOLAD GHARB ASIA CO., was established. Its shareholders range from large private sector manufactures, construction and engineering firms, investments company’s trade agencies. FOOLAD GHARB ASIA CO., members have developed the techniques and posses the experience to provide e customers in the steel sector. Production line equipment was experience in engineering, manufacturing and commissioning of similar plants throughout the world. The capacity foreseen for the complex with particular mix defined is 550,000 t/y. more than 80% of this capacity have been allocated to car and home applications industry.
